This agreement is to inform a consumer about the refund and order policies after purchasing a product.

Items once received by customer cannot be refunded as these are perishable items. However, customer can raise a ticket for the substitute product, if the received product condition is not good, within 1 day of receiving the products. The company shall hold final decision in regards to this and customer has the right to use any legal bodies if they find any issue with the process.

Order once paid online and and need any cancellation, needs to be notified in 1 day via email with order id mentioned, and justification for cancellation of the same. The amount would be refunded after deducting the nominal processing fee based on the mode of payment opted under online payment.
